September 23 has been set as the the date for Microsoft’s appeal for the i4i XML patent infringement case. Microsoft are “confident” of their appeal but so is the chairman of i4i. It will be interesting hearing Microsoft’s excuses and I can’t wait for the fallout if i4i wins the decision.
